Healthy boundaries are essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our boundaries serve as personal “property lines” that mark those things for which we are – and are not – responsible. Boundaries define who we are and who we are not. They impact all areas of our lives: physical boundaries help us determine who may touch us, mental boundaries give us the freedom to have our own thoughts, and emotional boundaries help us to deal with our own emotions.
This video series is commercially available in two versions: the original, “classic” eight-session one that we use in our weekly groups and which is listed below, and a newer studio/whiteboard version. Please note that we post only an introductory session for each video series, and sessions that were recently shown in one of more of our weekly groups, for use by group participants that missed a session or would like to see it again.
